The arbitration will be conducted in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
Arbitration costs will be shared equally unless otherwise awarded.
Intellectual property claims and claims seeking injunctive relief may still be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are a resident of the European Union (EU), you may use Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), an out-of-court solution to disputes related to online transactions: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
By using Unity Ventures FZ-LLC in any manner, you agree to the above arbitration agreement. In doing so, you waive your right to participate in a class action or other class proceedings.
